Milestones Child Development Centre, Dwarka, is the region’s first Child Development Centre (CDC) led by a Developmental Paediatrician, built on a holistic and research-driven integrated approach to child development. The centre has been thoughtfully designed to provide comprehensive, all-inclusive, and specialised care for children under one roof.

Medically supervised by a Developmental Paediatrician, Milestones brings together a multidisciplinary team of experts, including a Narrative and Play Therapy Expert, Child Psychologist, speech therapist, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, play therapist, and special educator to ensure every child receives the highest standard of care. We follow an in-depth and structured evaluation process to understand each child’s unique developmental profile and create customized, need-based intervention plans.

At Milestones, we strongly believe that every child is unique and that the early years are critical for optimal growth and development. With developmental disorders affecting millions of children in India, early identification and timely intervention play a key role in improving outcomes. Our centre specializes in early intervention for developmental delay, speech therapy for speech delay and communication disorders, occupational therapy for sensory integration, fine motor skills, and daily living skills, as well as evidence-based support for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). Through personalised therapy programs, we focus on enhancing communication, behaviour, attention, social interaction, and overall functional independence.
