She has worked extensively with the Government of NCT of Delhi and the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare in the Mother and Child Health Divisions, contributing as a healthcare expert in multiple strategic and leadership roles.

She holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration from FMS, Delhi University, where she graduated as a gold medallist. Dr. Shweta is also a trained Play Therapy Practitioner specialising in child and adolescent mental health, with a strong focus on emotional well-being, behavioural development, and family-centred care. With her clinical background and counselling expertise, she uses play-based therapeutic techniques to help children express emotions, build resilience, and navigate psychological challenges in a safe, supportive environment.
